My Story

​Throughout my successful career in IT and software pre-sales management, I witnessed first-hand the detrimental effects of stress and poor mental health on the people I care about. This sparked a deep passion within me to dedicate my efforts towards helping others overcome their struggles so they could achieve their full potential and live fulfilling lives.

In 2003, I embarked on a journey of self-discovery and empowerment by becoming a Certified NLP practitioner. Building on that foundation, I obtained additional certifications in Hypnosis and Time Line Therapy to expand my knowledge and enhance my skills.

 

​In 2020, I made the fulfilling decision to transition into full-time therapy practice. Recognising the evolution of theory and practice in the field, coupled with ground-breaking advancements in neuroscience, I sought the most comprehensive training available. I completed the Diploma in Solution-focused Hypnotherapy (DFSH) with The Clifton Practice (CPHT), the leading hypnotherapy clinic in the South West, This journey culminated in earning the National Council for Hypnotherapists (NCH) HPD diploma. 

 

My unwavering commitment to continuous learning and professional development enables me to remain at the forefront of my field, providing the best possible care to my clients.I am an active member of the Association of Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy (AfSFH), the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), and the National Council for Hypnotherapists (NCH). I maintain full insurance coverage and have undergone a DBS check for your peace of mind.

 

​I am also a Master Firewalk Instructor and Empowerment Coach with a lineage of wisdom passed down from luminaries in the field. My training includes guidance from:

Asa Beckmann: A trailblazer in firewalking, she was one of the three first Firewalking Masters in the world, Asa’s training and insights have shaped my approach to empowerment.

John Hawk Maisel: An International Firewalking Instructor since 1989. He assisted Tolly Burkan and Peggy Dylan, founders of the American Firewalking movement. His teachings on love, courage and resilience resonate through every firewalk I facilitate.

Bence László Tarr: With an academic background in cultural anthropology, social sciences, and oriental studies. Bence’s expertise as a Master Firewalking Instructor and his deep spiritual connection adds depth to our transformative experiences.

Olivia Beardsmore: A Master Firewalking Instructor and empowerment coach. Olivia’s passion for building community, her belief in the healing power of Firewalking and her heart-centred leadership inspires my firewalking gatherings.
