• Digital Downloads: All digital download products are non-returnable and non-refundable once purchased.

• Physical Products: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery only if the item is defective or damaged in transit.

• Return Process: Customers are responsible for return postage costs. Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
